 Pan seared Petit filet – pecan, goat cheese & sundried tomato stuffed mushroom,

Dianne sauce, roasted Brussels spouts, and mashed potatoes

Seared tuna steak – shitake mushroom risotto, soy wasabi butter,

tomato & green onion relish

 Pork rib eye – sautéed fingerlings, tomatoes, sweet peas, fig and bourbon glaze

Jumbo sea scallops – corn soufflé, smoked tomato, charred red onion jam, arugula

Cranberry and walnut bread pudding w/ brandy crème anglaise

Peanut butter Mousse – cranberry compote, house graham cracker
